The Simplest Wall Balloon Decoration

1. Inflate the balloons with a pump, stick double-sided tape on the red balloon 6cm close to the inflation port, and stick 5 red balloons.
2.Then inflate a blue balloon, then form a circle with 4 red balloons, and slowly stick the blue balloon to the 4 red balloons.
3.Choose several ribbons of different colors and tie them together with thread. If the ribbon is wider, tear it with your hands and divide it into thinner pieces.
