1.Blow up the pearl mettalic balloons

How to Use Tools to Tie a Pearl Mettalic Balloon
1.Tying a standard pearl mettalic balloon
Slide the tying tool on your fingers so it’ s in your palm. A pearl mettalic balloon tying tool is a plastic piece that has a long half-cylinder ‘nose’ and a ring that slips over your fingers.To wear the tool, just put the index and middle fingers of your non-dominant hand through the ring. Make sure the open side of the nose is closer to your fingertips. If the tool feels loose in your hand, put your ring finger in the ring as well. Holding the tool so the nose is in your palm makes it easier to maintain your grip while you tie pearl mettalic balloons, but you can try positioning the nose on the back of your hand if it feels more comfortable.
2.Wrap the end of an inflated pearl mettalic balloon around the tool

6.Stretch the end of a pearl mettalic balloon around the tool
Blow up your pearl mettalic balloon and pinch the end between your thumb and index finger. Then, pull the end of the pearl mettalic balloon and wrap it tightly around the tying tool’ s nose.
7.Secure the end of the pearl mettalic balloon into a slot on the tying tool
The slots on the tying tool are either in the middle of the nose or near the base by your fingers. Tuck the end of the pearl mettalic balloon into the slot so it stays still without having to hold it.
8.Place a ribbon inside of the tool so it’ s under the pearl mettalic balloon

Only put the mini pearl mettalic balloons on after you have hung the garland , this should be one of your last steps as they will help plug any gaps.
Attaching pearl mettalic balloons to the wall
If attaching your garland to a wall, we recommend using removable hooks (make sure you apply these to your wall at least several hours before hanging your garland). You can then use fishing line or clear zip ties strung through the holes in the decorating strip to attach to the hooks. If you’ re attaching your garland to a curtain or fabric backdrop, use large safety pins attached to a loop of fishing line or clear zip ties strung through the holes in the decorating strip.
