Q1. How long us the mass producing?

A: Based on qty, logo and colors. If you want to customized logo or colors the time will be longer.

 

Q2. How to inflate a Helium Balloon?

A: Usually inflate with helium or hydrogen which is lighter than air, so as to fly up in the air, you may contact your local gas supplier for help. Can inflate with just air to use on ground.

 

Q3. How long do we need to refill/add helium gas?

A: Usually 10 to 30 days to add or refill gas depending on design and use environment.

 

Q4. What happens if the Balloon punctures?

A: Can simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).

 

Q5. Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?

A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.
